An exceptional view over
the kitchens and the Palais Rohan

    Table d'hôtes

Tucked away on the second floor of the restaurant, the open kitchen is the beating heart of the 1741, where, twice a day, under the guidance of Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France) Olivier Nasti, the team of Chef Fabien Raux brilliantly expresses its know-how and creativity.

In addition to a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this area offers a superb view of the bustling activity in the kitchens, as well as the architectural beauty of the Palais Rohan.

Three bar tables, including a large 'table d'hôtes', can accommodate up to 16 diners, in a modern, understated setting, featuring unadorned white tables and elegantly designed black chairs.
