Our menus

Lunch and dinner

As a lover of fine produce, the chef pays particular attention to its quality and seasonality. As a result, there is no set menu, but rather a 5, 7 or 9-course menu that varies regularly according to the arrival of produce and the inspiration of the chef and his team.

5-course menu at €115 excluding drinks

7-course menu for €140 excluding drinks

9-course menu for €158 excluding drinks

If you have any allergies or intolerances, we will adapt the menus as far as possible. Vegan and vegetarian menus are not available on the 7 and 9 course menus.

The product

At 1741, the product is at the heart of every recipe. It all starts with a rigorous selection by our producers . Chef Jérémy Page and his team then work with the product to bring out its full potential and discover new flavours. Few ingredients are used to create a dish. The technique and the subtlety of the flavours involved allow you to discover the product in a new way. They also want to help you discover lesser-known products and surprise you

At the moment, the chef's dishes include

Le pagre, la rouille
Le homard et concombre
Saint-Jacques, curry fumé, carotte
Pâtes, châtaignes, truffes blanches d'Alba
Foie gras, Dashi
Chasse d'Alsace, airelles, Grand Veneur
Agneau de lait des Pyrénées, butternut, sésame
Poire, yuzu, vanille de Tahiti
Agrumes, quinoa, herbes
Chocolat, limoncello

Food and drink pairings

The experience at 1741 is not limited to the plate. Food and drink pairings are also available. In addition to the perfect wine and food pairing, the team also invites you to discover the non-alcoholic beverages created by Michael Wagner, director and sommelier, using sometimes surprising ingredients. Each dish has its own drink. With each pairing, a new discovery.
