In the kitchen, Jérémy Page expresses his distinctive culinary vision through cuisine that is both demanding and inspired. Trained alongside Joël Robuchon in Paris and later in London, he reveals the essence of the finest ingredients through cooking that is precise, creative and deeply sincere.

In the dining room, Véronique, the hostess, is the guardian of the spirit of the house. Through her natural elegance, constant attention to detail and genuine pleasure in welcoming guests, she creates the special connection that transforms a dinner into a true moment of sharing.
