One in the kitchen, the other in the dining room, with the same aim: to surprise you. Chef Jérémy Page cut his teeth with Joël Robuchon in Paris and then in London. His technique and passion for gastronomy and quality products enable him to create true culinary works of art every day. Michael Wagner is a sommelier who has been running the restaurant for over 10 years. His impeccable palate and boundless creativity are behind 1741's famous non-alcoholic drinks. Together they are committed to offering a different way of discovering and enjoying gastronomy.

HOURS

Lunch from Wednesday to Saturday from 12pm to 2pm and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday from 7pm to 9.15pm.
