Our atmospheres


A bourgeois building, Le 1741 was once divided into small apartments, which have now been transformed into cosy lounges spread over three floors. An elegant and intimate way to discover the gourmet cuisine of Chef Jérémy Page's brigade.

When it reopens in August 2023, Le 1741 will have a more modern, streamlined look. From floor to ceiling, including glassware and décor, every space has been redesigned to enhance the customer experience. In its new décor, Le 1741 retains the relaxed spirit and excellent service that are its hallmarks.

The Robert de Cotte Lounge

For up to 9 people


Located on the ground floor, the Robert de Cotte Lounge offers peaceful views of the quayside and the River Ill. Step into this cosy lounge for a timeless gastronomic experience.
This lounge can be booked for 7 to 9 people.

The Joseph Massol Lounge

for up to 14 people


Situated on the first floor, the Joseph Massol room offers a breathtaking view of the quays, the Palais Rohan and Strasbourg Cathedral. Its harmonious décor creates a warm atmosphere. As the main lounge, it is a real cocoon of softness that can be made private on request for up to 14 people.

Located in a small alcove on the first floor, the Cagliostro Boudoir welcomes up to 4 people for an exceptional moment. Its intimate atmosphere and privileged view over Strasbourg will enchant you from the very first moment.

Go behind the scenes of a Michelin-starred restaurant and enjoy a gourmet lunch or dinner in the heart of the kitchen. Sit at the counter, in direct contact with the chef and his team, and discover how your dishes are prepared. (from 1 to a maximum of 4 people)

The chef's table, set back from the table, also offers an unobstructed view of the kitchens for a privileged dining experience. (from 3 to 6 people)

Lunch from Wednesday to Saturday from 12pm to 2pm and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday from 7pm to 9.15pm.
